Whether you’re looking to blend in, stand out or explore your comfort zone, pop up classes are judgement free and full of emotion, from euphoric joy, to unleashing deeper traumas and reaching self acceptance. Power tunes will guide your experience whilst Illana’s energy and teaching method mean everyone in the room feels supported whilst you cheer each other on and break through your own barriers, whatever they may be.

We’re going full pelt for the entire hour. Condensing the DanceBox experience into 60 minutes.
Prepare to sweat buckets, feel powerful and unleash it all with Illana on the dance floor.

What an absolute blast Illana's dance box classes are! I joined her online sessions as I am based out in Manchester and they are the absolute best way to start the day. You can't help but be carried away by her energy and her whole upbeat attitude is incredibly refreshing. Her dances are always new and exciting to learn and she breaks them down in a way that is easy to follow and understand. She has built a real empowering dance community through her classes and it is a wonderful thing to be a part of.

I love that DanceBox allows me to be free and express myself through dance but in the comfort of my own home so my anxieties don't sabotage me 💕

I think what I love most about dancebox is it's the only time my mind truly switches off. From the moment I step into the studio or join a live/saved video, my mind completely stops thinking about everything else and I'm just there listening to the music and moving my body. and focusing on Illana shouting at us 😅 (in the best way!) You know, I love a good walk for example, and would always encourage it, but on a walk I'm often still thinking about this or stressing about that, and for the times I just need a break from my own thoughts, I turn to DB x

DanceBox makes me feel alive. It gives me energy I didn’t know I had. It boosts my mood and makes me smile. DanceBox speaks my language. So grateful to be part of such a supportive and like-minded community
